Update

This summer has brought me so many opportunities to meet and work with some incredible people! On Wednesday, I am moving up to Philadelphia for the fall semester! I believe that this is a good way to update everyone (especially my seniors) on when I'll be scheduling in the Maryland area. I will be keeping my blog updated as I continue to photograph my amazing couples at their weddings and a few families that have already agreed to make day trips to Philadelphia! Keep checking back for new photo sessions and weddings as autumn begins.

Session Availability:

1) The December Holiday - I already have four sessions scheduled and I have about three more openings left! Winter is a beautiful time of year for photography. Scarves, leggings, dresses and boots! :)

2) After May 12th 2010 - I will be heading home for the summer on May 12th and will begin photographing seniors immediately. Most schools don't hold graduation until the very end of May or early June and this allows us to shoot right through the month! I'll also be photographing pre-prom parties again, so email me if you would be interested!

Another exciting thing that happened last week, was making the front page of Flickr's Explore!

Birthday Girl

It's my 19th birthday! Wooh!

I can't believe how fast this year went by! It has been an exciting process of growing up and learning more about myself as a person and a photographer. I just want to say thank you to all of my family, friends, clients, and fellow photographers that have helped me along the way! You all mean the world to me & no amount of words could ever convey how truly grateful I am. Hopefully this next year of my life will be just as great (if not better) than the last! :)

Marissa & Liz

Before Marissa, Liz, and I even left the Market House in downtown Annapolis -- we were asked if this was a modeling shoot for a magazine! This didn't surprise me, judging by the fact that these Spalding seniors are absolutely gorgeous! This has to be one of my favorite shoots of the summer and [actually] it is my last! I'm leaving for Philadelphia in a week and will be wrapping up the editing before I leave. It's bittersweet, but I'm so happy to have ended with these beautiful high school seniors!

These girls seriously knew how to laugh! :)

Lauren's Senior Pictures

Lauren is a gorgeous & extremely outgoing senior at Severna Park High School! When deciding on a location for her shoot, she recommended that we try a secluded beach in Olde Severna Park. It was breathtaking and fit Lauren's fun personality perfectly! :) Here are a few pictures from her session!

Stacey, Jason, & Peyton's Family Session

I have seen a lot of toddlers this year, but Peyton might just be the cutest! She was so happy to be at the beach and didn't mind getting her picture taken. With little curls and bright blue eyes she'll steal your heart for sure. And I can't forget to mention how wonderful Stacey and Jason were as well! Such a good hearted and beautiful family! :) Here are just a few of my favorites from that day!

Melissa & Bobby's Session

After days of nearly constant storms, I was thrilled to have one afternoon without a cloud in the sky! Melissa and her husband Bobby joined me in downtown Annapolis for a couple shoot to celebrate being in love! They have been married for two years and are one of the cutest couples that I've ever photographed! Not to mention that Melissa is an awesome photographer herself!

Emily's Senior Session

Emily is a rising senior in high school and decided to do her senior pictures in downtown Annapolis. One of my favorite parts about Annapolis is the fact that every shoot I do around the city looks completely different. There are so many backdrops and colors, it's a photographer's dream! Here are a few of my favorites from the session.

Meredith's Senior Session

Meredith is a gorgeous and incredibly fun high school senior! We kept going back and forth on locations for the session and eventually decided to use her home. It was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the water. Here are just a few pictures from our session! :)

The Richeson Sisters

Stephanie is headed off to college & before she left, she wanted to get pictures of her with her younger sister, Courtney! These girls were so much fun to shoot. We walked around downtown Annapolis and took pictures at a few of my new favorite spots! Take a look.
