Trash the Dress Marathon Day

Last Saturday I had the first ever Trash the Dress Marathon Day & it was such a blast! The girls were gorgeous & ready to trash their dresses in the Chesapeake Bay! :) Here is a sneak peek of some of the images from Saturday! Enjoy!

Andrea & Alix are cousins! :) Alix bought the session as a gift for Andrea's birthday!

Lauren's session was a little different! She wanted to trash her wedding dress & do it in style!

She even brought a bouquet & veil to the sesh! :)

Not only was she drop dead gorgeous, but she wasn't afraid to trash her gown!

At the end of the day, I also had a fabulous engagement session with Sarah & Steven! I'll be blogging their session later today or tomorrow! :) I've also been getting everything ready for the Lunch & Learn in a little under two weeks! It's all very exciting.

2010 Seniors!

I just wanted to let all of the 2010 Seniors know that I'll be booking most of my Senior Sessions between July 1st and August 26th! I've been getting a ton of emails recently asking when the "best" time is to do your high school senior portraits. I always recommend having them done the summer before you begin your senior year. You get to sport your summer tan & order your wallets before you even get your first homework assignment. It takes all of the stress out of senior pictures!

Any 2010 Seniors that book in the months of July & August can take advantage of this special offer!

For $250 you'll have a 1-2 hour session at any location of your choice, an online ordering gallery to view & order prints, as well as a disc with all of the digital images included. You also receive a $20 off coupon for any future session you schedule with me! :)

** As of July 1st all prices will be changing slightly for portrait sessions. Digital images will be included in all sessions to make booking simpler and easier! :) This Senior Session offer is valid for any sessions scheduled between now and August 26th.

Amy & Ryan's Engagement Session

Amy and Ryan are an absolutely wonderful couple getting married next April! We spent the morning shooting their engagement session in Baltimore & had a lot of fun! It was a little muggy, but we found ways to beat the heat and have a fantastic session! They'll be joining me for round two tomorrow at the beach! :) I can't wait! Here's a sneak peek from what we shot today!

I mentioned to Amy & Ryan how it would be fun to find a newspaper that said Baltimore on it for a unique ring shot that captured the essence of their lives in the city. We never imagined that we would find one with an entire front page dedicated to love! :)

A huge thank you to Amy & Ryan for introducing me to Baltimore from a local's eyes. :) I had an amazing time & can't wait to shoot your wedding next spring!

Landon, Aubrey, & Monica - Senior Session

When I was first contacted to do a photo session on the military base at Fort Meade, I never imagined how beautiful it could possibly be! Two days ago I had the opportunity to photograph three fantastic seniors! Landon & Aubrey are twins, Aubrey & Monica are best friends, and Landon has been dating Monica for a little over 7 months. So what started out as a simple senior session turned into a fun & creative morning.

Emily & Frank's Wedding

By Emily & Frank's big day, I had already photographed my first traditional Chinese wedding & was excited to work once again with the incredible Laura Kay. The entire day was wonderful & I wish the happy couple the best of luck as they begin this new journey together!

I love that Jellyfish was part of the ten course meal!

The programs were very intricately done, absolutely beautiful.

Jen & Dan's Wedding

Last month I had the pleasure of second shooting for Laura Kay Photography. It was a beautiful venue and although thunderstorms roared all around us - we had a perfect rain-free ceremony! The night went off without a hitch & I had a fantastic time working for Laura! This is one of two traditional Chinese weddings that we photographed together that week - I'll have the second one blogged soon!

I thought that this was such a fun idea for place cards! :)
