I came across this quote today & I wanted to share it with all of you. It reminded me that if we use our hearts and our minds to do small things that matter, eventually we make an impact on the people around us.
Yesterday I had a client email me after seeing the entire gallery of her childrens' pictures online and replied "Thank you SO much for capturing these beautiful moments. I can't imagine I'll ever want anyone else to take pictures of our family from now on... Natalie, thank you for using God's gift to its fullest extent" -- And then it hit me -- Photography has been a gift. It was God's plan all along to turn my passion into my purpose. And now, I have the ability to give back to others in my own way through photography. With each day we must ask ourselves what we are doing to make this world a better place. And maybe, just maybe, if each of us gives back in our own way - it might be enough to change the world. Just food for thought. :)

Very true. We all need to stop and think about what we are giving back; Beautiful words.
This post made me smile. =) Giving back is definitely a good step in the right direction.
I really like these thoughts. To know that there is some place where you belong, where you can unfold your talents. (I am sorry, I think I cannot express my thoughts properly right know :-/ )
