Erica's Senior Session

Meet Erica: a beautiful college senior graduating with a business degree in May. Beginning this fall she plans to pursue her dreams of going to culinary school and starting her own business. Not only is she incredibly talented but incredibly photogenic (as you will see).

Mother nature decided to throw us one of the windiest days this year, but we didn't let it stop us! :) Regardless of the fact that we nearly froze to death and were dodging in and out of 40 mph gusts - this was an incredible session! Erica's spirit and laugh kept us going as we photographed around my favorite parts of Annapolis! Here are a few images from this morning.

Who knew you could get gorgeous golden light at 11am in December? Such a sweet surprise!

I love this picture! It captures the moment so perfectly.
It's not like we were going to let a few 40 mph wind gusts effect our day! :)

Tara's Senior Session

One of my favorite parts about being a photographer is the fact that I get to meet some of the most amazing people on a daily basis. Last Sunday was no exception - Meet Tara. This high school senior wants to pursue Deaf Studies in college and work with the hearing impaired. She is not only motivated and outgoing, but absolutely beautiful as well! Here are a few pictures from her Senior Session in downtown Annapolis.

Her eyes are absolutely stunning. :)

We stumbled upon this pile of leaves behind an old school building and had fun with them.
So sorry for messing up your perfect pile of leaves! Opportunities like this are few & far between. ;)

The Newman Sisters

How would I describe the Newman sisters? Hilarious. A breath of fresh air. Yes! I had an amazing time tonight photographing this gorgeous sisterly duo. We walked around Annapolis for two hours, exploring and taking pictures along the way. I even discovered a bunch of new places downtown that I love! Check out a few pictures from their shoot:

I can't even count the number of times they just started laughing. :) They are so fun!
We turned Ego Alley into a catwalk.

Katie & Steven

Katie and Steven are one of those couples that you immediately love spending time with! Steven is the technical wizard when it comes to computers and Katie has a creative passion for scrap-booking. They fit together like two peas in a pod. :) Our session was split between my favorite abandoned field & a beach overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. We lucked out with gorgeous blue skies and plenty of sunshine! Here are a few shots from their session.

Love at Sunset

I loved this shot because it really captured their personalities. It was one of those unposed moments that make you smile! :)

There is something romantic about a tree growing & thriving on a beach.. inches away from the surf.

Thank you to Katie and Steven for being so wonderful! Be sure to check out Steven's WEBSITE Katie's fabulous BLOG. I also want to thank John from Eye on Annapolis for sending out a tweet supporting me that lead this wonderful couple my way! Eye on Annapolis is an incredible website that serves as a watchdog & support system for the community! Technology is such an amazing thing!

All the best,
Natalie Franke
