Lunch & Learn

The Lunch & Learn went off without a hitch on Sunday and I had a blast with nine other photographers from the area! We walked around Annapolis, photographed each other, & had a delicious lunch. Here are a few shots from the day! :)

While Kylie was rocking her inner model - I stole her D90 and played with the HD video! It's amazing!

I also tried to show the girls a few ways to pose senior models. Taken by Kristen Kibby.

I absolutely loved being able to share tips & tricks with photographers who are just getting started. All of the girls were eager to learn and fun to spend the day with! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and kindness! :) Please stay in touch!

Lunch & Learn

Okay - I am so excited to announce my very first Lunch & Learn for Summer 2009! I've been getting a few emails recently from young photographers who are truly considering turning their passion into a career! Just a year ago, I was in their shoes - wondering if I could really start my own business. Well - the answer is YES YOU CAN (not to mimic Barack Obama, but seriously!). If you are interested, just send me an email & we can chat!

Yay! I'm so excited for this to get underway. I've had three girls email me when I mentioned this in a blog post about a week ago & will be keeping the group at around 6! When you email me, I'll give you a more detailed description of what the plan is & what may be hiding in your goodie bag!! ;)
