Back to School & New Hair!

As I'm getting everything ready before I go back to college, there is one thing that I can't forget about -- my back to school haircut! And with the economy still wavering and everyone doing what they can to save money - who doesn't love a great deal. Well, my friend and amazing hair stylist Krystal at Liu Liu Salon in Annapolis, MD is having a $30 Back to School Haircut Sale. You may remember Krystal from a photo session that I did of her in the Spring.

So here are the details! Krystal is available for this special on Tuesdays from 4 until 7 PM, Wednesdays from 9 to 4 PM and Saturdays from 9 to 3 PM. Call for an appointment at 410-263-5555.

From Hair Genius to Photography Model

Yesterday I had an awesome photo session with one of my best friends and favorite hair stylist, Krystal! We decided to turn this random road-side field into the perfect location for a photo session using a little imagination and a lot of laughter! Bridal Models at Liu Liu's Salon & Spa

Yesterday I spent the day at Liu Liu's Salon with the incredible makeup artist Christina Somensky from the Private Practice of Annapolis located on the second floor! The hairstylists prepped the girls with updo's and incorporated various bridal accessories leant to us from Bridal's by Elena in Severna Park! The models were excited and absolutely beautiful! Saying that we had fun would be an understatement! Enjoy all the pictures from the shoot!

Featured In a Local Salon Advertisement!

If you haven't already heard of Liu Liu's Salon in Annapolis, Maryland - Now is the perfect time to check them out! They are having this amazing deal for new clients! The most exciting thing for me was that they decided to use a group portrait that I took last month for the advertisement! =) Yay! The stylists at Liu Liu are simply fantastic and I've been trusting them with my hair for years! You can't beat the fact that the salon is in a historic part of Eastport and is painted like something right out of Key West! Such a fun place to be!

The Ladies of Liu Liu

Liu Liu's Salon and Spa in Annapolis has always been one of the premier locations for hair, nails and massage in the area. When Laura, the owner and my neighbor, asked me to take a staff picture of the girls - I was more than thrilled! Everyone looked gorgeous in matching black tops and jeans and joked constantly throughout the entire picture. They are such a fun and passionate group of women, it's just great to see them all together!
